Numismatic Libraries

	The American Numismatic Association, founded in 1891, has the largest circulating numismatic library in the world.
	The American Numismatic Society, founded in 1858, has a massive non-circulating numismatic library. The library houses more than 100,000 items, comprising bound volumes, pamphlets, manuscripts, auction catalogues, and microforms. Access to the fully catalogued collections is facilitated by a specially designed subject guide and authority file.

Personal Numismatic Libraries

The E. Tomlinson Fort "Memorial" Library is a personal listing intended to help those with an interest in pre-modern Europe know what is available. It is NOT a public library. It does not lend books out and does not make photocopies. Likewise, nothing in the listing is for sale.
