NBS CONSTITUTION  

  Our President Michael J. Sullivan reminds members that the 
  NBS Constitution and By-Laws ballot is coming to a close. 
  All NBS members are encouraged to review the proposed revisions  
  contained in the last issue of the Asylum and mail in their ballots.   
  Results will be presented to the membership in the final Asylum  
  issue of 1998.
