The E-Sylum: Volume 2, Number 14, April 4, 1999, Article 6

NBS ARCHIVES

Board Member Joel Orosz reports: "In my capacity as NBS
Historian, I've completed the task of organizing the archives.
The material from 1980 through 1995 is stored in an acid-free
album, while the material from 1996 to date (including a complete
file of the E-Sylum) is stored in a Hollinger Box. Any member
needing historical information on the NBS should feel free to
    contact me at: jjo@wkkf.org"

RESEARCH & THE E-SYLUM

    W. David Perkins asked, "How do I use this forum for
research assistance?" My reply: The E-Sylum is a quick
and easy way to reach like-minded bibliophiles around the
world (although most of our readership is in the U.S.)
When starting a numismatic research project it is often a
good idea to announce your intentions in the E-Sylum.
Perhaps one of our readers will have some of the information
you seek, or at least will know where to look for it.

It is also a good idea to keep us apprised of your progress,
as members my be able to assist in answering the more
    specific questions that crop up.

Bibliophiles are generally a smart bunch - if they don't have
the right reference on their shelf they probably know where
    to look.
