COUNTERFEIT KING'S HISTORY CHANNEL SEGMENT

Last week we discussed counterfeiter Louis B. Colavecchio "The Coin", who made near-perfect counterfeit tokens for casino slot machines and was later a hired as a consultant to the Federal government to explain why his dies outlasted those at the U.S. Mint. Jim Neiswinter notes that Colavecchio was featured in a History Channel episode. -Editor

Jim writes:
The story about the guy from Rhode Island making his own slot tokens is my favorite History Channel story. Did you know that they used Bob Hoge as an expert on minting?

I haven't seen the episode (but thanks to my kids I can recite dialogue from nearly any Disney channel program...) The episode was part of a series titled Breaking Vegas. Did anyone see it?
