This volume represents an up to date catalogue of gold, silver and copper coins struck at the mints of Armîniya, Arrân (also Madînat Arrân), Barda‘a, Dabîl, Ma‘den Bâjunays, Hârûnâbâd and al-Hârûniya, all located in the historic Armenia. Chronologically it covers the so-called Early ‘Abbâsid and the Samarrâ periods (132 – 277 AH). The catalogue includes ca. 260 coin types, all provided with illustrations given for each type.
