The purpose of this web site is to present information about what is sometimes referred to as camp money. Camp money would include Concentration Camps, Ghettos, Internment Camps, Prisoner of War Camps, and Displaced Persons Camps. Research in this area began shortly after World War II by Kisch and shortly after that by Keller. There have been many others that have written books and articles on the subject. This web site will hopefully review and add to the information printed but in an electronic format. I consider myself a student of the subject always trying to learn and discover more about it.
