It is with great pleasure that we announce the release of the new edition of Monnaies Françaises 1789–2025 by Gadoury, the essential reference catalogue for French numismatics from the Revolution to the present day. Complete, richly illustrated, and fully updated, this volume is an indispensable tool for collectors, dealers, and researchers alike. What's new in this edition: Numerous new photographs: sourced from an in-depth analysis of international auction sales, the quality of the illustrations has been significantly enhanced. High-definition images: many coins that were previously shown only as drawings are now presented in HD, including those originally published in Mazard's work Histoire Monétaire et Numismatique Contemporaine 1790–1967.
Previously unpublished coins: our experts have recorded pieces and variants that have never been catalogued before. Updated valuations: extensive work has been carried out based on international auction results to provide accurate estimates depending on the state of preservation.
