2026 HIGGINS MUSEUM SEMINAR CONCLUDES

The 2026 Higgins Museum seminar was held at the museum in Okoboji, IA.

Seminar attendees were treated to in-house catering by Yesterday's restaurant of Arnold's Park and two lakeside dinners, at Bracco's and Prime Boji, both located lakeside on East or West Lake Okoboji respectfully.

The museum board had its annual meeting and elected Don Mark as President, Steve Sweeney as Vice President, Rick Hickman as Treasurer, and Clifford Mishler as Secretary.

Elected to three year terms as Board Members (December 2026-2028): Mark Anderson, Don Mark.

Elected to three year term ending December 2029: Rick Hickman, Clifford Mishler.

Steve Sweeney and Andrew Shiva are serving terms ending December 2027. Robert Liddell was elected to a two year term ending December 2027 filling the unexpired seat of the late Dean Oakes.

The museum's 50th Anniversary will be celebrated with the 2028 Seminar, Late July date to be determined.
