ONLINE BOOK: HISTORY OF THE OLD FORT COIN CLUB

George Fitzgerald writes:

I am the President of the Old Fort Coin Club in Fort Wayne, IN. We had our 50th year in 2006. We have been working on a book of our 50 years, and it is now on line on our web site, oldfortcoinclub.org. Anyone can down load it. It is 144 pages.

Thanks for letting us know. Old Fort Coin Club - 50 Years of Numismatic History is a nice history of the club. It includes a list of articles published in the club's "The Chatter". Also included is a list of the education programs presented at its meetings. A few excerpts are shown below. Bibliophiles should take special note of the September 10, 1964 entry. -Editor
