100rubles Apollo's Genitals What is not stated is that this 100 Ruble Note was first issued in 1997 and has been in circulation for 17 years. A newer 100 Ruble Commemorative note was issued for the 2013 Winter Olympics. Anyway, I Purchased one on eBay just in case it becomes a high value Collectible :-)
