FEATURED WEB SITE: CHALLENGE COIN ASSOCIATIONThis week's featured web site is recommended by Joseph D. McCarthy, who writes:I just finished reading this week's E-Sylum, another
great issue. At first, when I saw the article on Challenge Coins, I
thought it was a follow up to an article in the July 8, 2008 edition of
Canadian Coin News, the issue I received last week. On Page 15 is an
article by Melanie Cummings about Franklin Public School in Kitchener,
Ontario, Canada issuing a Challenge Coin to senior students upon
graduation. It then goes on to talk about the "Challenge Coin
Association". This group is Internet based and completely free of dues for
membership, etc. (sounds like another association I know of).
From the web site: What is Challenge Coin Association? CCA is the World's
Premier Forum to discuss Challenge Coins. It is here at CCA, that you can
get educated on the hobby. Or you can get help finding quality custom,
wholesale or retail Challenge Coins at a low price. CCA is also a resource
to assist you in selling your Challenge Coins. http://www.challengecoinassociation.org/Wayne Homren, Editor The Numismatic Bibliomania Society is a non-profit organization promoting numismatic literature.
