President Michael Sullivan informs us that the latest issue of The Aslum is now in the hands of our Secretary- Treasurer Dave Hirt, who is in the process of labeling and mailing them to members. As noted in the last mailing, this issue contains a copy of our proposed Constitution and Bylaws.
